Water Treatment Facility Photography – Black & Veatch
Large-Scale Facility Documentation and Process System Coverage
Client: Black & Veatch
Location: Florida
Scope: Active water treatment facility documentation
Deliverables: Aerial overviews, process-level imagery, infrastructure detail, and operational coverage
This project documents a large-scale water treatment facility in active operation, focusing on how systems are built, connected, and function at full scale. The coverage combines aerial site overviews with process-level documentation of clarifier basins, filtration systems, and key infrastructure, along with on-site access to elevated walkways and control areas. The result is a set of images that clearly show both the structure of the facility and how it operates day to day.
This project required working within an active water treatment facility, coordinating access to operational systems while maintaining safety around ongoing processes. Coverage included elevated structures, process systems, and restricted areas that required planning and coordination on site.
Capturing both overall scale and process detail meant combining aerial photography with ground-level documentation, while adapting to active operations and real-time site conditions.
The images from this project are used across project documentation, internal reporting, and client-facing materials, helping communicate both system design and real-world operation.
Aerial imagery provides context for site layout and infrastructure scale, while ground-level and process-focused images support engineering teams, proposals, and long-term project records.
I work with engineering firms, contractors, and utility providers to document infrastructure projects at every stage—from active operations and system maintenance to large-scale facility development.
If you need imagery that clearly shows how your systems are built, accessed, and operated, I’d be glad to connect.
